Responsibilities :

* Maintain and continuously improve the clients comprehensive CRM system, ensuring it aligns with business needs and enhances the customer experience.
* Analyze customer data, providing insights to support the sales and marketing teams.
* Create, maintain, and distribute all necessary reports, queries, and dashboards, ensuring that accurate and timely information is accessible to all stakeholders.
* Be able to transform data from different sources like Excel, etc and transfer this into the CRM system and create bespoke campaigns.
* Implement data governance, quality controls, and best practices, ensuring that data is complete, consistent, and accurate.
* Identify opportunities to enhance the CRM system and increase customer engagement and retention.
* Provide user training and support to ensure optimal adoption and utilization of the CRM system.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the CRM system with other business systems, such as marketing automation.
* Stay informed of emerging trends and technologies in the CRM industry and recommend innovative solutions.
* Support the sales team in developing proposals for new business opportunities.

CRM System Analyst - Requirements:
* 2 - 3 years' experience in designing, implementing, and/or managing the a CRM system.
* Experience using data Tools such as Power BI.
* Possesses strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
* Detail-oriented and capable of handling large data sets with ease
* Has the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
* Demonstrates a proactive, results-oriented, and customer-centric approach
* Has knowledge of CRM platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce
