EUC Engineer - 3-month initial contract
Manchester - Hybrid position
Day rate: £350-£450
The client are a financial services company based in Manchester. They are currently going through a separation within the business and are looking for a number of EUC Engineers on a 3-month contract basis to assist with Endpoint Management Service. This job involves managing different tasks related to making sure that devices used within the organisation are secure and work efficiently. This includes automating certain tasks like installing software and updates, creating policies to ensure safe usage of devices, and integrating different systems to make the process easier. The goal is to use digital tools to make work faster and more efficient, and to allow people to manage their devices themselves.
Responsibilities:
* Configuration management of Windows 10/11, Mac, IOS, Android
* Automated provisioning of new devices, installing software and security updates, design.
* Integrations with MDM/MAM systems, AD, Monitoring system, MSP tools
* Provide automatic allocation and provisioning end-to-end processes like JML.
* Understand and address BYOD security through Application control
* Utilise InTune's cloud-based functionality
* Deploying and maintaining software, responding to security threats, distributing policies and settings along with analysing data
* Designing and delivering End User Compute solutions

* Virtual workspaces (AWS, WorkSpaces, Appstream, AVD)
* LAN, WAN, Windows, Active Directory, Vitalisation and Security
* Experience and understanding of ITIL
