Interim - Head of IT Service Delivery
Manchester / Remote
£600-800 per day, Outside IR35
Company leading FS client are looking for an Interim Head of IT Service Delivery to plan, manage, control & execute all elements of the clients ITSM Frameworks, through core ITL disciplines such as Incident, Problem, Asset, Configuration & Continuity.
Skills required:
* Designing & delivering IT infrastructure solutions to support multiple business projects.
* Excellent level of knowledge and experience of Azure and AWS hosting technologies, Identity Management and Office365, D365, Microsoft Suites.
* Familiarity with key infrastructure technologies and best practice including LAN, WAN, Citrix, Voice, Windows, Active Directory, Virtualisation and Security.
* Experience and knowledge of Service Management tools such as Service Now, Fresh Desk, BMC.
It's a 3-6 month role, with the likelihood of extension due to the nature of the project.
