Company client appointed to recruit for a Data Integration Product Owner for a leading global specialty insurance business. They are looking for a Data Integration Product Owner to join the data team, supporting the build of a data mesh and modernise the culture around data and it's platforms to ensure data is useable and integrated into the business.
Responsibilities:
* Define the current state and improve the business data landscape and data model
* Identify and define the tools used for data integration
* Shape the processes and tools used for data creation, data enrichment and data cleansing
* Provide support to business domains on data, data capabilities, data softwares and tools
* Provide direction to data domains on data product development
Skills & experience:
* Experience of modernising data platforms and delivery products and services
* Understanding of data models, standards and tools
* Experience collaborating with technologists to translate business needs into products
* Knowledge/Experience of large scale data processing
* Knowledge/Experience with Data Lakes / Data Warehouse solutions
* Experience in delivering and implementing new ways of work in SAFe or SoS
* Stakeholder management experience and ability to communicate concisely
* Ability to manage time, meet deadlines and prioritise
