
Senior Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities :
* Serve as the primary contact for all matters related to Salesforce, including budget, systems integrations, and platform management (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud).
* Fulfil the role of interim manager for Salesforce Admins and act as the coordinator for Salesforce contractors when the Team Lead is on maternity leave.
* Act as an escalation point for our front line user support team and Salesforce Admin, assisting in troubleshooting bugs, prioritizing work, and reviewing technical builds.
* Assist with the implementation of new integrations, tools, and functionality within the Salesforce system.
* Evaluate existing processes, fields, and layouts, and configure changes in accordance with Salesforce best practices when appropriate.
* Simplify and optimize current processes to accommodate growth, including updating any outdated requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver key projects in accordance with business requirements, budget, and timelines.
* Take responsibility for communicating any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
* Maintain the relationship with external Salesforce consulting partners and raise any necessary cases.
* Ensure that all new features are thoroughly tested prior to deployment and train users on improvements while also providing written documentation and training videos.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience in a Salesforce Administration or Platform related role.
* Possess a thorough understanding of the Salesforce platform and its object model, along with the ability to construct custom apps, objects, fields, and processes.
* Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Salesforce's automation capabilities, best practices, and the proper order of operations.
* Be capable of comprehending and enhancing current Salesforce automations and processes, showcasing expertise in implementing advanced flows, process builders, validation rules, picklists, lookup fields, master-detail relationships, and formula fields.
* Have experience with source code control and documentation.
* Demonstrate a proven record of supporting and implementing integrations, such as Tableau, Docusign CLM, SalesLoft, and others.
* Possess strong Salesforce administration experience, with a solid track record of designing and implementing Salesforce changes and improvements at the enterprise level.
* Hold Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification or Sales/Experience/Revenue Cloud Certifications, with a strong preference for the latter.
* Exhibit a willingness to obtain Revenue Cloud certification as a part of the job.
