I am currently working on an exciting opportunity with an Elite ServiceNow Partner looking for a Technical lead/Architect to join their rapidly growing team.
* You will be responsible for leading technical design and implementation of ServiceNow Projects for a range of end clients.
* You will provide technical guidance to the development teams.
Responsibilities:
* Lead technical design and implementation of ServiceNow projects.
* Provide technical guidance to the development team.
* Work closely with clients to identify requirements and design solutions.
* Manage project time-lines and ensure successful delivery.
* Continuously improve ServiceNow implementations by leveraging best practices and staying up-to-date with new features and functionalities.
Requirements:
* Strong experience with ServiceNow development.
* 4/5 years' experience as a ServiceNow specialist.
* Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and design patterns.
* ServiceNow certifications are preferred (CSA, CIS, CAD).
* Hybrid working - Based In London.
